- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited flight training institution. 2. Applicant must hold a valid Private Pilot's License and have a minimum of 100 logged flight hours. 3. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. 4. Applicant must be a US citizen or permanent resident. 5. Applicant must be recommended by an aviation professional or flight school.
