- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Binghamton University 2. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 3. Must have completed at least 48 credit hours at Binghamton University 4. Must demonstrate financial need 5. Must have a declared major in the College of Community and Public Affairs (CCPA) 6. Must be active in community service or volunteer work
