- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Must be a graduate of an accredited New York state college or university 2. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale 3. Must be admitted or enrolled in a master's degree program at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) 4. Must have completed a FAFSA form and have financial need 5.
