- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the Bruce F. and Ildiko B. Meyer Memorial Scholarship at Ball State University, applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Be enrolled as a full-time student at Ball State University 2. Be pursuing a degree in Biology or Biochemistry 3. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 4.
