- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Must be a current student at California State University Fullerton (CSUF). 2. Must be pursuing a degree in Marine Studies. 3. Must be a member of the Fly Fishers Club of Orange County (FFCOC). 4. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. 5. Must have completed at least 30 units of coursework at CSUF.
