- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicants must be currently enrolled full-time at California State University Fullerton. 2. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. 3. Must be a resident of California. 4. Must have a declared major in business, economics, or a related field. 5. Must demonstrate financial need. 6.
