- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicant must be a current student or incoming freshman at California State University Fullerton. 2. Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. 3. Applicant must be of Asian American descent, with preference given to students of Chinese descent. 4. Applicant must demonstrate financial need. 5. Applicant must be actively involved in community service and/or advocacy for the Asian American community.
