- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the Michael T. Ashton Memorial Leadership Award Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Must be currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at California State University Fullerton. 2. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. 3. Must demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and involvement in extracurricular activities. 4. Must display strong character and a commitment to community service. 5. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
