- Eligibility Requirements: The Philip J. Schreiner Memorial Scholarship is available to students at California State University Fullerton who are pursuing their undergraduate or graduate studies. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and preference will be given to students majoring in history, art or music. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and must be enrolled in at least 6 units at the university.
