- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Must be an incoming freshman at California State University Fullerton. 2. Must be a member of an underrepresented group, including but not limited to: African American, Latino/Hispanic, Native American or Pacific Islander. 3. Must demonstrate financial need. 4. Must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0. 5. Must have a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. 6. Must be a resident of California.
