- Eligibility Requirements: - Must be applying to or enrolled as a full-time student at California State University Fullerton - Must be pursuing a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in city management - Must demonstrate academic excellence and a strong commitment to a career in city management - Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Must have at least one year of professional, community, or volunteer experience in public service or city government - Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
