- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the Dalton-Meisel Grant Scholarship at Central Michigan University, applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Must be a full-time undergraduate student at Central Michigan University. 2. Must be enrolled in the College of Humanities and Social and Behavioral Sciences. 3. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. 4. Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the university's Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
