- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicants must be citizens of the participating countries, including India. 2. Applicants must have at least five years of professional work experience after completing their undergraduate education. 3. Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in their respective fields. 4. Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to public service. 5.
