- Eligibility Requirements: The Deans' Honor Scholarship (DHS) Scholarship at Tulane University is awarded to incoming first-year students who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to their community. To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be admitted to Tulane University as a first-year student and must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.
