- Eligibility Requirements: The Silas Hunt Scholarship Scholarship at the University of Arkansas is open to all incoming and current undergraduate students, regardless of major or field of study. Applicants must be of African American, American Indian, or Alaskan Native descent and must demonstrate financial need. Students must also be enrolled full-time and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
