- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicants must be citizens of a Sub-Saharan African country. 2. Applicants must have completed secondary education in a Sub-Saharan African country. 3. Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to improving their home country. 4. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. 5. Applicants must have proficiency in English, as all courses at Tulane University are taught in English. 6. Applicants must meet the admission requirements for their desired program at Tulane University. 7. Applicants must not be recipients of another full scholarship.
