- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the Honors College Student of Excellence Award Scholarship at Ball State University, applicants must: 1. Be admitted as a full-time student to Ball State University's Honors College 2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 3. Demonstrate strong academic achievement and potential for future success 4. Actively participate in leadership and community engagement activities 5. Be enrolled in at least one Honors College course each semester 6. Submit a personal statement and two letters of recommendation
