- Eligibility Requirements: - Applicant must be enrolled or planning to enroll at Boise State University. - Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. - Must show financial need. - Must have demonstrated leadership abilities. - Must be a resident of one of the following counties: Ada, Adams, Blaine, Boise, Camas, Canyon, Cassia, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, Twin Falls, Valley, or Washington in Idaho.
