- Eligibility Requirements: -The applicant must be a currently enrolled student at California State University Fullerton. -The applicant must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA. -The applicant must have demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus community activities. -The applicant must have completed at least 30 credit hours at the university. -The applicant must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours during the semester of the award.
