- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time or part-time student at California State University Fullerton. 2. Applicants must be majoring or minoring in Chicana and Chicano Studies. 3. Students from all levels, including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral, are eligible to apply. 4.
