- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll as a full-time student at DePaul University in an art program. 2. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. 3. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional talent and passion for the arts in their portfolio and essays. 4. Applicants must have financial need. 5. Applicants must be able to submit a completed application form and all required materials by the designated deadline.
