- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Must be a full-time undergraduate student at Illinois State University. 2. Must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. 3. Must demonstrate financial need. 4. Must have a declared major within the College of Business or College of Education. 5. Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours during the semester in which the scholarship is awarded.
