- Paragraph 1: Eligibility RequirementsThe Central Illinois Builders' Industry Advancement Foundation Scholarship is open to students who are enrolled full-time at Illinois State University. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in construction management or a related field such as construction engineering or applied engineering and technology.
