- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the HOPE Scholarship at Kennesaw State University, students must be legal residents of Georgia, and have graduated from an eligible high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA. They must also meet the eligibility requirements for the Georgia Student Finance Commission's HOPE Scholarship, which includes being enrolled in an eligible degree program and maintaining satisfactory academic progress.
