- - Level of study: - Must be applying for a full-time Master's degree program - Descent: - Must be a citizen of or hold refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country - Must not be a British citizen - Must not be a dual citizen of any Commonwealth country and the UK - Academic excellence: - Must have a first-class or upper second-class Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience - Must not already hold a Master's degree or the equivalent - Membership requirements: - Must be willing to return to their home country for at least 2 years after completing the program - Must be unable to afford to study
