Scholarship Requirements
- - Level of study: Undergraduate or graduate - Descent: Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Canada - Academic excellence: Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) - Membership requirements: Must be a member of a recognized hyperhidrosis support group, such as the International Hyperhidrosis Society, or provide a written recommendation from a healthcare professional who can confirm their hyperhidrosis diagnosis - Must submit an essay of 500-1000 words on the topic of hyperhidrosis and its impact on their life - Must provide proof of enrollment or acceptance into an accredited college or university - Must be willing to allow Dermadry to use their essay
