- - Available to students pursuing any level of study at the University of Oxford (undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate) - Must be a citizen of a developing country - Must have demonstrated academic excellence in their previous academic experience - Applicant must possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to social change - Must meet the English language proficiency requirements for admission to the University of Oxford - Must fulfill the selection criteria for one of the eligible master's or research programs at the University of Oxford - Must be a member of an eligible program or organization (e.g. Rhodes Scholarship, Chevening Scholarship, Fulbright Program) OR have received endorsement from a member of the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarship selection panel - Each eligible program or
