Scholarship Requirements
- - Level of study: Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university. - Descent: Applicants must be either a current or former patient of FHE Health or the child of a current or former patient. - Academic excellence: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. - Membership requirements: Applicants must be a member of the FHE Health Alumni Association or become a member during the application process. - Financial need: Applicants must demonstrate financial need through submitting a financial aid form and/or a personal statement. - Essay: Applicants must submit a 500-1000 word essay on how they have used or plan to use their personal journey
