- Submit official transcript from high school, if fewer than 24 semester hours of college credit have been earned.
- Provide official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
- Have courses taken outside of the U.S. evaluated by Educational Credentials Evaluators, Inc. or World Education Services, Inc.
- Pay the application fee.
- Submit a Notarized Undergraduate Financial Statement or Undergraduate Financial Statement for Second Bachelor's Degree.
- Provide notarized bank letter(s) from each sponsor’s financial institution.
- Submit official ACT/SAT scores, if fewer than 24 semester hours of college credit have been earned.
- Include a TOEFL or IELTS official score report.
- Provide a copy of passport photo page.
- Submit a copy of Form I-94 and Form I-20 if applying from within the U.S.
