- Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Transcripts showing completion of at least 27 hours of undergraduate mathematics and statistics coursework at the level of calculus and above with a grade of C or better.
- Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 or equivalent on a scale of 4.00 = "A".
- English language proficiency scores.
- Three letters of recommendation.
