- At least 30 units of coursework must be completed at Northern Arizona University
- Of those 30 units, 18 must be upper-division courses (300-level or above)
- Credit-by-exam, retro-credits, and transfer coursework will not count towards fulfilling the 30 unit requirement
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 required for all coursework completed at Northern Arizona University
- Transfer work may be used to fulfill the 30 unit requirement, but must be upper-division courses
