Admission Requirements
- Baccalaureate from a regionally accredited institution with 3.00 GPA or better required
- Previous mathematical training required in multivariable calculus, linear algebra, and introductory statistics
- Background in scientific computing preferred
- Interested in teaching assistantship? Submit a personal statement (500 words max) including goals, teaching experience, and relevant background to Graduate Coordinator by February 15
- Personal statement must be submitted by February 15 to be considered for teaching assistantship for the next academic year
- Applicants without previous teaching experience can still be considered for the program
- Previous coursework in statistics is necessary for admission consideration
