Admission Requirements
- Have acquired an advanced degree in medicine or related fields (M.D., M.D./Ph.D., D.O., D.D.S., D.M.D., D.C., Pharm.D., O.D., N.D.)
- Possess a Ph.D. with clinical responsibilities or interest in patient-oriented research, or have a doctorally-trained nursing background
- Be currently employed as faculty or staff at OHSU, VA Portland Health Care System, or other healthcare facilities/institutions of higher education in Oregon or the Northwest
- Must be enrolled in and have successfully completed the first year of the M.C.R certificate program
- Graduates of the HIP certificate are also eligible to apply
