- Applicants who did not receive a degree in the U.S. or another English speaking country
- Required supporting documentation to demonstrate sufficient financial resources

- Photocopy of current visa/I-20 if already in the U.S.
- Monetary amount to show as proof of financial stability
- Oregon State University Certification of Finances Form is required for all applicants, regardless of funding source (including those with a Teaching or Research Assistantship)
