- All applicants, regardless of funding source, are required to submit the Oregon State University Certification of Finances Form.
- Applicants must submit supporting documentation showing sufficient financial resources for their desired academic program.
- Acceptable forms of financial documentation can include:
- Bank statements
- Sponsor letters
- Scholarship letters
- Proof of financial aid
- A photocopy of the applicant's passport and passport of any dependents must be submitted.
- If already in the U.S., a photocopy of the applicant's current visa or I-20 is required.
