- Include a statement of activity if there is a gap in your education of more than three months.
- Submit official academic records and certificates/results from the Ministry of Education or secondary school, along with an official English translation.
- Submit official examination results, if taken, from the examining board such as International Baccalaureate or General Certificate of Education.
- For Pharmacy program, submit an essay and recommendation letters.
- For non-Pharmacy programs, essay and recommendation letters are optional.
- Home-schooled students outside of the U.S. must provide a NACES member evaluation.
