Admission Requirements
- Complete at least 10 units of EE 191 or EE 191 with a letter grade, working closely with the thesis advisor
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 in all Electrical Engineering courses
- Submit an application for the program, including a thesis proposal, during the autumn quarter of senior year, signed by the thesis advisor and second reader
- Submit a final copy of the honors thesis, approved by the thesis advisor and second reader, to the EE Degree Progress Officer by May 15th
- Attend a poster and oral presentation at the end of the spring quarter, or present in another approved forum, as determined by the faculty advisor
- Note that EE 191 units (except for EE 191W with WIM approval) do not count towards the required 60 units for the program
