Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Botany, Plant Biology, or related field OR 24 hours of coursework (12 of those hours must be in upper division) in life sciences from an accredited institution in the U.S. OR equivalent training from a foreign university
- Official copies of academic transcripts must be submitted
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (grade of B) required in all upper division and graduate work
- Lower division coursework will not be considered in admissions GPA
- Official GRE scores must be submitted
- Three letters of recommendation from qualified individuals required
- Personal statement must be submitted and should include accomplishments, academic objectives, research interests, and goals
