- AAB in three A levels including A in Biology and A in a second science or mathematics subject.
- GCSE Mathematics grade 4 or C
- 36 points
- International Baccalaureate Diploma
- grade A in an EPQ
- GCSE English Language or Literature grade 4 or C (or equivalent from English language category C)
- ABB in three A levels including A in Biology and B in a second science or mathematics subject plus one of:
- grade B in the Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate
- grade B in AS level Mathematics or Statistics (except if you are studying an A level in that subject)
- grade B in a Core Mathematics qualification
