- A minimum second-class honours degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject, eg: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, the Built Environment or cognate disciplines.
- Alternatively, applicants may be accepted from any other backgrounds if they have extensive experience of working in the construction industry.
- IELTS score of 6.0 or better.
