- Ten years of full-time work experience post-bachelor's degree and current high-level managerial role
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum scholastic average of B
- Transcripts showing completion of a four-year full-time program
- TOEFL/IELTS scores
