- Good academic standing with all colleges attended.
- U.S. bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 from a regionally accredited college or university (or comparable foreign degree).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA in any graduate-level coursework completed.
- TOEFL IBT (80+), IELTS Academic (6.5+), PTE Academic (67), or iTEP (3.9+) scores (only required for visa holders without U.S. degrees).
- Pay the $50 application fee (non-refundable).
