- Completed undergraduate education in computer science or a related discipline, or Post-baccalaureate Undergraduate Certificate in Computer Science, is preferred for admission
- Submission of personal statement is required
- Non-native English speakers must demonstrate proficiency in English
- Admission is based on recommendation of graduate committee and approval from program chair and associate dean for graduate studies
- Official external credential evaluation is required for applicants who studied outside of the U.S.
- Grades should reflect strong ability and effort
