- Complete the on-line application found at the Graduate School
- Submit three (3) letters of recommendation
- Upload scanned official transcripts from each institution where a degree has been earned or will be earned
- For Virginia Tech undergraduate students earning a B.S. degree in ECE with a GPA of 3.5 or higher in their last 60 hours, the GRE is not required
- Applicants earning a degree from non-English institutions must take the TOEFL or IELTS exam
- Submit a resume and a statement of purpose with the on-line application
- Please refrain from mailing official transcripts to the Graduate School until an offer of admission has been received.
